Naka Mountain Raw Puerh

Menghai Naka
Raw Puerh

Puer TeaThe Naka Raw Puerh originates from the Menghai area of Yunnan Province. The Menghai puerh teas are famous because of their relatively strong taste in comparison with puerh tea from the Mengla area, which are generally much lighter. The Naka Puerh originates from Naka Mountain in the Xishuangbanna prefecture. Every year, the wild arbor tea-trees on this mountain give their best leaves for the production of the Naka puerh tea. The origin of this Puer Teapuerh has endowed the tea with some special characteristics. This tea has a light, smooth flavor and a nice aftertaste. Tea-Adventure recommends this tea to people who have little experience with drinking raw Puerh tea.

Around eight grams of this tea will be sufficient when using the kungfu tea set or when steeping the tea in a glass or a teapot. When drinking puerh tea, you have to first rinse the tea two times with boiling hot water. This is necessary in order to release the full flavor Puer Teafrom the tea leaves. If you have a good quality puerh, you can steep the tea up to fifteen times!

Puerh tea should be stored in a place with enough fresh air and out of direct sunlight. The room doesn´t have to be totally dry, since a little humidity can influence this tea in a positive way, but it should not be too humid. If you don´t have experience with this tea, don´t take the risk with humidity and store the tea in a dry room.
