Origin: Fuding City, Fujian Province
Taste: Very subtle and at the same time overwhelming aromas and flavors of jasmine. The white tea buds give a smooth finishing touch to make this a truly perfect tea.
How to drink: Use either a gaiwan or a tea maker for the best results, or a glass if you are short on time. You should use boiling hot water (around 90 degrees Celsius) and steep the tea for several minutes. Use one gram tea per hundred grams water.
