How can I pay?
You can pay using iDEAL, PayPal (including Visa and Mastercard credit cards), bank transfer, cash on delivery shipping * or cash on pickup.
If you have chosen bank transfer, please transfer the amount due to the Tea Adventure account. The account number is 0243189710 under the name DIJKSTRA HODN MING, R.J.G. Please remember to always include your order number with your payment.
Tea Adventure is part of Hong Kong Ltd Tea Adventure. Our Dutch bank account holds the name of DIJKSTRA HODN MING, RJG . When you get to the checkout you should see ‘DIJKSTRA HODN MING, RJG Ming Tian pays (e.g. IDEAL).

After completing payment you will receive an email confirming your order.
 
What costs can I expect?
Buyers should expect to pay the total price for the specified products.
We every order over € 15  we don’t charge shipping costs, see page ‘Supply and delivery’ for more information.

What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders will be delivered as soon as possible. Tea Adventure aims to send orders within 24 hours of receiving the full payment. Since the products are sent directly from China, we expect shipping time to be 4 days by express delivery, 12 days by normal shipping and 2 months by ship. If we have the orders in stock, we will at send them within 24 hours. When ordering 500 grams or more of TieGuanYin, we will provide express shipping to guarantee freshness.  The above mentioned delivery times are estimations, therefore delivery times may vary due to situations beyond our control.

What about the warranty?
All products have a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If you are not satisfied you can return any of our products. We guarantee a full refund including the transport costs! If you are not satisfied, please send us an e-mail (Renco@tea-adventure.com). Indicate the original order number and please provide the invoice for our records (the e-mail that is sent to you after ordering).

Do I need to create an account (and password)?
No, you do not have to create a user account.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return an order within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, you may return an item without giving any reason.
Important: Do not send returned products without any notification. Before you plan to return the goods, please send us an e-mail (sales@tea-advenure.com) in order to discuss the best way to send the item back to Tea Adventure.
Normally, your initial payment will be deposited back into your account within 14 days after the receipt of the returned goods. If you paid via iDEAL, only the iDEAL account will be used for the payment refund.

I have a complaint, what to do?
If your complaint concerns the quality of the products supplied by Tea Adventure and it is within the 7 day return period, please send us an e-mail clearly stating your problem or complaint. You can find all the contact information on this website under ‘contact’. If you have a complaint regarding another aspect of our services or products after the return deadline, please contact customer service for a solution to your problem.
